We have designed business games since 1992. Our portfolio has more than 270 educational institutions.
Our systems have an environment fully adapted to the web, offering even more flexibility in using the tool. The Web environment guarantees mobility and the viability of use anywhere, at any distance.
The coordinator receives support materials for the simulation. Among them, simulated company manual, tutorials, and reference materials. Also, it is possible to make their own material available to the participants directly in the simulator to facilitate understanding of the game.
The WebSimulator, Bernard’s simulation environment, and simulators are constantly updated with improvements and innovations, seeking to innovate and meet users’ expectations. Client feedback and suggestions are essential to our development.
Our clients have access to the tools of business games consolidated in the market. They enjoy all the benefits of managerial simulation methodology using proven quality software.
Awards endorse our professionalism and excellence. Among them, the Talentos Empreendedores Award (2006), Competitive Brazil Movement (2007), Progressus Project (2008 and 2009), Competitiveness Award for MSEs (2009), and Best Paper Award (2010).
The coordinator of the simulation is the one who draws the scenario of each round, being able to control numerous variables to define the level of complexity of the game.
The company’s simulators are internationalized in the following languages: Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Use Bernard all over the world!
Since 1998, Bernard has held the largest academic business tournament in Brazil, using management simulations developed by the company.
CONTACT WITH THE ACADEMIC ENVIRONMENT
In our team of collaborators, we have professors (masters and doctors) and partnerships with teaching and research institutions. Bernard is associated with ABSEL (Association for Business Simulation and Experiential Learning) through its partners, the world’s largest management simulation organization. This enables the excellence of our solutions, which are equated with the best in the world.
FLEXIBILITY IN DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES
Through the WebSimulator, an online simulation platform, Bernard simulators allow two forms of use in distance learning courses: the coordinator can conduct the simulations, or the institution can hire Bernard for administrating the course. We offer professionals with significant experience in conducting business games at distance. To date, Bernard’s courses using the distance learning approach have had more than 35,000 participants.
