Our goal is to share with management simulation enthusiasts experiences lived by Professor Ricardo Bernard, from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), in Brazil. Graduated in Business Administration from the State University of Santa Catarina (ESAG/UDESC, 1991) and in Agronomic Engineering (UFSC, 1987), he holds a master’s degree in Production Engineering (UFSC, 1993) and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales – HEC, in Montreal, Canada (2005). He was director of the Association for Business Simulation and Experiential Learning (ABSEL), the world’s leading organization in business games (management simulations).
